AI for Cornwall provides AI consultancy, training and workflow support to businesses in Cornwall and beyond. This policy explains what data we collect through this website, why, and how it’s handled.

What data we collect

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, business name (if given), website (if given), what you’re interested in, and your message. This is sent directly to our inbox by email and is not stored in any other system.

AI Starter Checklist download

When you download the checklist, we collect your first name, email address, and business name (if given). This is sent directly to our inbox by email so we can follow up if appropriate.

Analytics

If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, roughly how, and from where. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Analytics only run after you accept the cookie banner; see our Cookie Policy for details.

How we use your data

Form submissions are used only to respond to your enquiry or send the checklist you requested. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not currently use a third-party email marketing platform — enquiries are handled directly by email.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and download emails are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain a record of past enquiries, then deleted periodically.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. To do so, email [email protected].
